Licensing Options
Configure MCH data to meet your needs with enhanced custom formats and special licensing terms. Whether you need multiple-use, special formatting, customized prospecting databases, or geographic mapping capabilities, MCH is ready to help.

MCH offers standard licensing options for second use and one-year unlimited use for direct mail or telemarketing. We will happily quote on data leasing, data purchase, or multi-user licensing.

The MCH Response Lab™ can configure custom databases. Your in-house files can be combined or augmented with MCH-provided data, per your specifications. All it takes is a conversation to get the process started. Contact your MCH representative for more information.

List Price
The listed catalog prices (U.S.$/M, per thousand) are base prices for the complete list with no selections. Selection of part of a list or a service adds to the base price. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Broker Discounts
Please inquire. Not all lists are discountable.

Mailing Addresses
All addresses are USPS mailing addresses. Some addresses have post office boxes and are not suitable for UPS delivery or visits.

Minimum Order
MCH has minimum order requirements for its data. The minimum shipping and handling fee is $10.00. Lists not compiled by MCH have their own terms and minimums. Contact your MCH sales representative for details.

Making Your Selections
Special categorical selections may be available for individual lists, and are noted on the pages where the lists are advertised. The selections listed below are general in nature and apply to all the lists in this catalog. Selection options are added to the base price of each list to establish the total cost per thousand.

Cancellation
Mailing list orders cancelled after processing are subject to an $8/M run charge with a $100 minimum charge.

Channel_e™ email orders cancelled after acceptance of the order are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

MCH Response Lab™ services cancelled after processing are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the quoted charges.

Confirmation
We recommend confirming every order to ensure the agreement itself and that order details are complete and accurate. We can fax or e-mail confirmation and accept recorded telephone or written acknowledgment.

Please know that all MCH phone orders are recorded for quality control and ordering accuracy.

Payment
We reserve the right to request prepayment.
Approved Credit: If you would like an MCH credit account, please contact your MCH representative. All payments are due net 30 days.
Advance Payment: MCH accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Delivery
Regular shipping is usually within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. We can ship by appointment, if needed. Shipping charges are additional. Please specify your shipping preference from the options below (UPS Ground—allow 2 weeks). Orders requiring special services will incur additional processing time.

FED EX: Next AM, Next PM, 2nd Day, Saver
USPS: Regular, Priority, Parcel Post

Legal Considerations
Limits of Liability: MCH is not liable for any losses or damages claimed through the use of our lists or services, or lists that were compiled by other companies and rented out by us, nor for any consequential or special damages, or intangibles. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the invoice cost of the lists or the invoice cost of our services.

Limits on Uses of Lists: Lists are rented for one-time mailing use. Lists are seeded and use is tracked. Reuse of lists will be invoiced. Multiple mailing use and other uses may be negotiated and covered by signed contract. Mail purpose, mail date, and sample mail piece may be required. Lists remain the property of MCH.

Phone and Fax Usage: MCH has not processed any lists against state or federal “Do Not Call Lists.” This processing is the responsibility of the Licensee. MCH is not liable for any fines, penalties or legal judgments levied against Licensee for improper or illegal use of phone, fax or email data. It is a violation of both federal and/or many state laws to transmit an unsolicited advertisement to a facsimile machine or email address. Any person violating such laws may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. We provide our business information for lawful purposes only and expressly forbid the use of our business information in any unlawful manner. As MCH is simply a provider of data, the responsibility rests with our customers to ensure that their actions are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
