MCH, Inc., has announced that Rochelle Hockett, Jeff Kranz, and Sindy Phillips have recently joined the MCH Team. The staff expansion includes positions that are critical to MCH's commitment to provide the highest levels of customer services to its clients.

Rochelle Hockett, Email Marketing Services Specialist, interfaces with MCH's customers and vendors to set-up and deploy customer email campaigns. Rochelle has 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and project management. She previously served as Director of Communication & Education at BackBone of Health Chiropractic Wellness Center.

Jeff Kranz, Product Manager, is responsible for MCH's data products including new product development, enhancements, and training. Prior to joining MCH, Jeff was a Regional Sales Director with Baron Nelson and a Gift Merchandising Manager with Staples. Jeff said, "I'm looking forward to serving as the cross-departmental liaison at MCH and ensuring that our products meet our customers needs and expectations."

Sindy Phillips is MCH's newest Sales Coordinator. Her responsibilities include supporting MCH sales managers and providing both inbound and outbound customer support. Sindy was previously employed by L3 Communications as an Interviewer where she worked on a Department of Labor contract.
