Sarah Dall joins MCH Strategic Data

Sweet Springs, Missouri – October 28, 2010 – MCH Strategic Data announced today that Sarah Dall, formerly of Market Data Retrieval (MDR), will join the company as a Sales Manager for direct accounts effective November 1. In this role, Dall will extend MCH’s ability to support clients who license the QED education database that MCH recently acquired from MDR.

“It’s wonderful to have Sarah join our team,” MCH Sales Director Joan Whitney said. “She has provided her expertise, guidance, and support for many of the largest school marketers. She is a natural fit with our growing education sales team.”

Dall began her career at education data provider QED in 2003, progressing to the level of Account Manager. She specialized in providing high quality consultation and support for a growing account list. She joined MDR in 2009 when the company acquired QED from Scholastic and merged the operations of the two firms. Dall continued to work with strategic clients as part of MDR’s Major Accounts Team.

“I’m delighted to join the MCH family,” Dall said. “This is a chance to bring new marketing and data options to clients who are looking for increased reach. I believe that strong client relationships are built on service, flexibility, and fairness, and that’s exactly what MCH represents to me.”

In her new role, Dall will work closely with her former QED and MDR colleague, James B. (Jim) Holt, who now serves as MCH’s Managing Director, Business Development. “Anyone who has ever worked with Sarah knows that she’s one of the most client-focused representatives you could hope to meet,” Holt said. “It’s terrific to have her on the MCH team.”

Dall is the latest addition to a company that includes a number of experienced education data leaders. MCH President John F. Hood formerly served as General Manager of MDR, and Sales Manager Larry Buchweitz served at both MDR and the education division of MKTG Services, which MDR acquired in 2007.

MCH Strategic Data announced its agreement to purchase QED assets, including an updated education database of more than 4 million education decision makers, from MDR on September 10. The acquisition was completed on September 16. The purchase price and other terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. MDR is a division of Dun & Bradstreet.
