
Effective June 28th MCH will do business under a new name, MCH Strategic Data. In addition, the company will debut a new logo and launch a new web address on the same date. “This is an important step for our company,” MCH CEO Peter Long said. “For the past 15 years our company has used a logo based on a postal cancellation mark and the web address mailings.com. While these have served us well, MCH has grown to provide services well beyond mailing lists. It’s time for our logo and URL to represent that growth.”

Paul Miller of the American Catalog Mailers Association recently described a number of “perfect storm” scenarios that could disrupt business for catalog marketers. In the latest ACMA Journal, Miller expressed concerns about USPS rate hikes, privacy regulations, and state use-tax legislation. Miller serves as Vice President and Deputy Director of the not-for-profit association of catalog marketers and vendors.
