Peter Long serves as CEO of MCH, Inc. and its subsidiary, MCH GeoPoints. Peter
began his career at Coopers and Lybrand in Boston in its Information Technology Audit Services
group. His client work included Fidelity Investments, Raytheon, and Bank of Boston. Peter joined
MCH as Executive Vice President in 1993 and was promoted to CEO in 1996. Peter resides in Kansas
City and is a member of over 15 professional associations including the Young President’s
Organization (YPO), the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and Business Executives for National
Security (BENS). Peter currently serves on the Not-for-Profit Boards of: The Vision Research Center
of Kansas City, The Kansas City Chapter of YPO, and The Freedom Writers Foundation. Peter’s
grandfather founded MCH in the late 1920s and it has remained in the family since that time. Peter
received a BS in Business Administration with emphasis on Computer Science from the University of
Vermont.

John Hood, President of MCH since 1997, manages the day-to-day activities of the
company with an emphasis on Marketing, Sales, and Product Development. John received a BA from
Williams College. Prior to joining MCH, John served as Senior Vice President of CMGI, Vice
President and General Manager of MDR (a division of D&B), and in progressive management
positions with Baker & Taylor. John has earned a reputation as a leading authority in education
marketing and business-to-institution (B2i) matters and has authored articles and white papers on
the subject.

Jerry Reisberg serves as Vice President of Business Development. His consulting
firm, Leaps & Bounds LLC, is based in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Mr. Reisberg is a veteran of the
direct mail industry. He has served on the boards of POSTCOM, The Direct Marketing Club of New
York, and The DMA’s B2B Council. In addition, Jerry has been a frequent speaker at DMA events and
was named 2006 B-to-B Marketer of the Year. Prior to launching his consulting firm, Mr. Reisberg
spent many years as a Sales Vice President with Dun & Bradstreet.

Kirk Chritton has been Director of Marketing and Product Development at MCH since
2000. He leads a 5-member team and is responsible for advertising, promotion, and product
development. Prior to joining MCH, Kirk served as Art Director at Inter-State Studio Inc. and
Advertising Manager at Reinhart Fajen Inc. Kirk graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College
with a BS in Business Administration. He is a member of the DMA List and Database Council and
Kansas City Direct Marketing Association.

Ken Hughson, Chief Financial Officer, joined MCH in 1975. Over the past 30 years,
he has been a key member of the leadership team that spearheaded MCH’s growth. Ken spent 10 years
as a system developer and accountant and 3 years as General Manager prior to being named CFO in
1988. Prior to joining MCH, Ken was employed by Hallmark Cards. Ken has a BS in Business Management
and Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.

Amy Rambo joined MCH in March of 2006 as the Director of Information Technology.
She currently manages both the 6-member IT department and the 7-member Response Lab department. The
IT department supports a 75+-seat infrastructure and maintains MCH’s database that contains 1.1
million institutions and 8 million personal names. The Response Lab department is responsible for
fulfillment of MCH list and data processing orders. Prior to joining MCH, Amy was a Senior Project
Manager with GSI, Inc. in Kansas City, MO. Amy graduated from Missouri State University with a BS
in Computer Information Systems.

Lynn Schear, MCH Director of Research, is responsible for managing a staff or
more than 40 phone and data compilers. She handles daily research operations, including
development and implementation of product-related requests spanning all segments of the
institutional market. Prior to joining MCH, Lynn was a Sales Representative for Hallmark Cards and
the Marketing Support Manager with Inter-State Studio & Publishing Company, an MCH customer.
Lynn received a BSBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Central Missouri.

Michael Tull, Special Projects Director, joined MCH in 2004 and served as Response
Lab Director for 5 years. He currently has cross-functional responsibility for leading the full
life cycle of top company projects. Prior to joining MCH, Michael spent several years as a systems
integration and financial services consultant. In addition, Michael spent 8 years with
Hewlett-Packard as a Systems Engineer/Technical Consultant. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering
from Rice University. Michael is a member of the Greater Kansas City Postal Customer Council and
serves on the Board of the Sedalia PCC. He has been a featured speaker and panel member at regional
PCC events, and holds current USPS certificates as an Address Quality Specialist and Intelligent
Mail Professional.

Joan Whitney joined MCH in 2007 as the Director of Sales. She is responsible for
managing daily operations of the sales team and coordinating with MCH’s external Business
Development Group. Prior to joining MCH, Joan was an MCH customer. She spent 20 years in direct
marketing and worked for companies including USA Today, Walch Publishing, New Reader Press, and
Maine PBS. Joan has expertise in business development, field/direct sales, branding, and training.
Joan has a BA from Kent State University and a MAT from Georgetown University. In addition, Joan is
a member of several professional organizations including DMA.
