Joan Whitney joined MCH as Director of Sales in 2007. She is responsible for
managing daily operations of the sales team. Prior to joining MCH, Joan was an MCH client. She
spent 20 years in direct marketing and worked for companies including USA Today, Walch Publishing,
New Reader Press, and Maine PBS. Joan has expertise in business development, field/direct sales,
branding, and training. Joan has a BA from Kent State University and a MAT from Georgetown
University. In addition, Joan is a member of several professional organizations, including the
Direct Marketing Association.
